Cats and dogs up to 75 pounds permitted, breed restrictions apply.

Limit 2 indoor pets per apartment. No exotic animals.

FEES

Non-refundable pet fee of $350  and $20 Pet Screening Fee for the each animal 

PET RENT

Monthly Rent of $35 per pet
